Recently I've been playing around with Picnik, Google's online photo editor...lots of fun to be had. So here are a couple of half assed motivational posters featuring my Dyna and Softail, hey at least it was fun making them.
I've used Picnik as well, you pictures are pretty cool haha but you want to get more in depth with photo editing, I would recommend using Corel Photo Editor. I love using it, it's easy to use and the features make pictures look really cool. I would definitely try it out.
